The Energetic Particle Telescope (EPT) is a compact and modular ionizing particle spectrometer that was designed using a new concept and the most advanced signal processing technologies.

EPT performs direct electron and heavy ion discrimination over an energy range well beyond that possible in classical particle telescopes, while keeping its high flux measurement capability.

 

The EPT modularity makes it an instrument with customizable maximum energy, field of view angle, geometrical factor and angular resolution.
